Why RACA?

For (17) years, RACA, formerly The Darin C. Banks Foundation, (DCBF), has advocated for youth education and empowerment. RACA has awarded over three dozen college scholarships, mentored thousands of young people, cultivated relationships with high schools, universities, other non-profits and corporations across the United States. 

We believe in today's youth and tomorrow's leaders.
